Shipping and returns
Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Conditions for sending and returning parcels
It is expressly agreed that the transfer of ownership of the goods ordered becomes effective as soon as they leave our stores or workshops.
The buyer therefore agrees to accept all the risks, in particular those relating to transport, except for the hypothesis of transport provided by the seller or by one of his agents. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the usual reservations, if any, before taking delivery. In the absence of instructions from the buyer, relating to the shipment, the seller reserves the right to have the goods transported as best as possible, without incurring any liability for this fact.
Delivery times: The seller undertakes to respect the delivery time. In this case, if the delivery time in mainland France exceeds 10 days for a cause due to Arôma'plantes, the buyer is entitled, within 60 working days from the date of delivery or performance indicated, to proceed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the cancellation of his order. The sums thus paid will then be returned to the customer, without doubling, with the possible application of the provisions of the law of December 5, 1951. The above provisions are not applicable in the event of force majeure.
The buyer is also bound by the delivery date. If, after the goods have been made available, the buyer postpones the delivery date, the goods will be considered delivered on the date of availability.
Return of Goods: No Goods may be returned to Seller without Seller's express consent and return shipping instructions. The customer bears the cost of returning the order or products.
