Here is a few properties of St John's Wort tincture :

• Antidepressant and anxiolytic, it acts on psychosomatic disorders, mild or seasonal depressive states, anxiety, nervous restlessness.
• Sedative, it improves the quality of sleep and helps fight against insomnia.
• It helps reduce stress and tension, and may be used to relieve obsessive-compulsive disorders.
• Analgesic, it alleviates muscle pain such as cramps, neuralgia, and also treats contiusions.
